Once again, the management and staff of Thomas Carnivals, Inc. and MontanaFair are pleased to offer “MontanaFair -Thomas Carnivals Special Needs” activities. This year the date will be Tuesday, August 15, 2023, from 10:00am to 12:00pm(Noon).
Thomas Carnivals, Inc. opens early to assist community residents with special needs to ride carnival rides at no charge and at a reduced speed. We set aside these early hours exclusively for the enjoyment of individuals who require special accommodations.
It is our hope that our Special Needs guests will remain on the grounds after the early morning ride activities conclude at noon to take in the barns, exhibits, and FREE entertainment on the grounds. When the fair opens to the public at 12:00pm (Noon), your friends and family members may each purchase a $12.00 gate admission to join in the fun.

Special needs individuals must be assisted by an attendant to ensure their safety. Please return the form to Darcie Tempel at dtempel@metrapark.com and provide her with the exact number of special needs individuals from your organization who will be attending, along with the exact number of attendants who will be assisting that day.
From the information you provide, an exact number of wristbands will be mailed to the address given on the form in hopes that on August 15th our special needs guests and their attendant can arrive wrist-banded and ready to proceed through the fair gate.
All MontanaFair Special Needs activities will begin at 10:00am at the walk/drive-through gate on the northwest side of the Montana Pavilion. MontanaFair and Thomas Carnival staff will be on hand to help. For safety reasons, only those individuals with special needs will be accommodated at that time.
